1. Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Orders placed by customers are processed within a maximum of 3 (three) business days after payment confirmation and handed over to the contracted shipping company. This timeframe may be extended during official holidays, weekends, or high-volume campaign periods.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to force majeure events.
2. Shipping Company and Tracking Information
All orders are shipped via [Shipping Company Name]. Once the order is dispatched, the tracking number is sent to the customer via SMS or email. The customer can track the shipment on the courier company’s website or by contacting their customer service.
3. Delivery Time and Conditions
Delivery time may vary between 1 to 5 business days depending on the recipient's city and region. If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the shipping company may redirect the package to the nearest branch or attempt a second delivery. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to the sender.

5. Damaged Products and Delivery
If the product packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer must request a damage report from the courier before accepting the product and must notify the seller on the same day.
If damage is discovered after the product has been accepted, the customer must contact the seller within 2 (two) business days. Claims made after this period will not be considered valid for courier-related damages.
6. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering the delivery address completely and accurately during the order process. The seller is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. International Deliveries (If Applicable)
Currently, we only deliver within Turkey. International shipping may be available in the future, and all relevant updates will be announced via our website.
